McNair Legacy Solutions is a licensed insurance consulting firm serving athlete families in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C., with partners nationwide. We provide insurance consulting, NIL education, legacy planning guidance, and related resources for student athletes and their families.

McNair Legacy Solutions is not a licensed financial advisor. All content on this Site is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

4. Strategy Sessions and Consultations

McNair Legacy Solutions offers free 15-minute strategy sessions, bookable through our third-party scheduling tool (Calendly). By booking a session, you acknowledge:

  • Sessions are consultative and informational in nature

  • Participation does not create a client relationship, insurance contract, or financial advisory relationship

  • Information shared during sessions is subject to our Privacy Policy

  • We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel sessions at our discretion

Any formal engagement for insurance consulting services will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and McNair Legacy Solutions.

5. Educational Content and Resources

The content on this Site — including pages on NIL education, insurance mistakes, and legacy planning — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute:

  • Legal advice

All intellectual property rights in the book remain with the author and/or publisher.

The McNair Legacy Solutions name, logo, and taglines are trademarks of McNair Legacy Solutions. Nothing on this Site grants you any license or right to use these marks.

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Baltimore, Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
